When I schedule sessions with young (under 5) children I know to be prepared for a workout.  They love to run so I run, they love to lay on the ground, and to be chased....I follow their lead.

Lucky for me Harper can't run yet so I just had to chase Grady around.  Man, am I in for it when they can both run in opposite directions.  Next spring will be fun!!!!

Can't wait to see how much they grow between now and then.
